Tuna burger

Not your usual burger

Serves 2

Ingredients

  • 200g Tuna (raw)

  • Garlic

  • Ginger

  • 1 tbsp Soy sauce

  • Coriander

  • Burger buns

  • Lettuce

  • Tomatoes

  • Avocado

Method

  1. Chop the tuna into small chunks and continue to chop until roughly mixed

  2. Put the tuna in a bowl with the garlic, ginger, soy sauce and coriander

  3. Shape into two burgers, freeze for 10 mins to firm up

  4. Fry the burgers and serve on the toasted burger buns with lettuce, tomato and avocado
